Will launched WeedWise in 2000, having qualified as an Agronomist and working in the agriculture sector as part of his earlier career. His vision for the business was for it to always be the partner of choice, by combining market leading knowledge and best practices - and we’re proud to still follow these values today.

Freddie Ward, Commercial Director
Freddie leads the day-to-day business operations with Will, as well as the project delivery across the grounds management services. He is qualified in both Arboriculture and Commercial Real Estate, so enjoys combining his extensive experience and knowledge in these sectors to deliver best in class services.

Caroline May, Landscape Designer
Caroline is a qualified Landscape Designer and works closely with our clients to plan and deliver schemes that thrive all year round. She particularly enjoys working with schools in devising curriculum-led sensory gardens, so children can gain a better understanding of the great outdoors.
