Garden Refurbishment

Social Housing Garden, Northampton

Instructed by a national facilities management company, we were tasked with carrying out a full refurbishment of a social housing address in Northampton. The property had been neglected by the previous tenant, so a new operator had taken a 10-year lease on the property once the refurbishment was complete.

Our works included licenced removal and disposal of existing waste, fencing, groundworks and landscaping. We’re pleased to hear the new tenants are enjoying the garden and are even get involved in its weekly maintenance.
